Agents will finally be able to advertise Coming Soon, Off-Market and PRE-MLS homes to potential buyers without having to pay exorbitant fees on other platforms. This will allow agents to now hold a PRE-MLS Open House open to potential home buyers. Home buyers that have saved a search that match the criteria of the home will get an email notification of a new PRE-MLS open house once it is posted on the site, giving them a head start to other interested buyers who may be interested in attending the open house as well. The instant messaging feature on the app will allow interested buyers then to have the ability to message the listing agent and possibly set up a private showing prior to the Open House, again getting ahead of any other competing home buyers.
