Benefits of Available for Showings
The “Available for Showings” feature allows agents to hold an open house without having to sit at the open house. By creating an “Available for Showings” open house event, agents can post a time range in which they are available throughout the day to show the home, and buyers can now message agents directly with a time that works for them to meet at the property. This is a great way to have open houses in guard gated or gated communities, or open houses that are located in exclusive neighborhoods as well. Available for Showings open houses will display as an open house, but with a specific range of time that the agent will be available to show the home on short notice. Buyers who are looking at open houses in the same area will see an Available for Showings open house and can contact the agent directly for a time that works for them. Buyers out looking at open houses now will not miss the opportunity to see an available property just because the agent did not have the time to sit at the house all day.
